[00:00:00]

[00:00:00] Ryan: Hello everyone. Like I say, every day is a vacay and it is today. Like it always is with my brother, Chris Hanson down in the vacay lounge. I co host I'm Ryan Alford, your co host. We're excited today. We've got Tracy Lee Percival, integrative therapist, NLP specialist, breathwork specialist, reheat specialist.

[00:00:28] Ryan: She's a specialist of all things. Alternative therapy and a great healer. We want to get healed today. We're ready. I got my notes ready. My pen's ready here on the counter. Tracy, drop some knowledge. How are you today?

[00:00:43] Tracy Lee Percival: I'm doing great. Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited for this

[00:00:46] Ryan: podcast. Yeah, I'm excited to have you.

[00:00:49] Ryan: We, we've got all corners of the covert here. I'm at home today with my son Nash. He's not feeling alone with the weather. Chris has got Miami covered. I know you're in New Jersey. Got the East [00:01:00] coast surrounded. East coast, what's going on exactly. Coast mafia. That's what we are. Some measure we passed the mafia challenger right now.

[00:01:14] Ryan: Chris looking pretty relaxed there in Miami. Maybe, I don't know. Maybe it's like you might replace a tennis or something, or you might get hit with a tennis racket. Tracy, I'm going to just go right at this because Chris is well, much more well versed than I am, but just, we're going to get to your background or anything like that.

[00:01:34] Ryan: But what is an energy healer? I just want to, we've talked to healers, we had scaler, we've had different ones, but I'd love, what is the exact definition of that for you?

[00:01:46] Tracy Lee Percival: For me, an energy healer is someone that can bring our energy back to balance, back to its natural state. And we do that through different modalities and different techniques because [00:02:00] everything around us is energy.

[00:02:02] Tracy Lee Percival: The only problem is that it doesn't all keep us in balance. A lot of energy that is not only in our exterior world, but our inner energy, which is what I work on healing. It's. That energy, once it becomes out of balance, once it can create disease and illnesses, stress, depression, all the things within our body that does not serve our highest and good.

[00:02:27] Tracy Lee Percival: So what I do as an energy healer is to bring everything back to balance so that our body can work more functionally the way it's supposed to, and we can live a happier, more fulfilled life.

[00:02:39] Ryan: Ah, I like it. We've had a few people on and I started to get lost in the sauce, but that made a lot of sense to me.

[00:02:49] Ryan: I love it. Already. We're off to a good start. Right. So backing up from there, Tracy, let's give our audience. It's a little bit of your history. I know I'm sure like anyone [00:03:00] we have on the show, we could talk for half an hour on any or hours, depending on everything people have gone through and done. But let's delve a little bit into your background, set the table for everyone on exactly who Tracy Lee personal is.

[00:03:15] Tracy Lee Percival: So Tracy Lee Percival is, is a lot of things. I'm a multi dimensional entrepreneur. I do so many different things, but my history is I started out in the beauty industry. I was a salon owner, um, at 22 years old, and I was very successful in that business. I sold my business when I was 22, or sorry, when I had my 20 year old.

[00:03:40] Tracy Lee Percival: My now 20 year old son and I wound up diving into some other things in real estate, but then I got this opportunity to work in Manhattan and with a celebrity hairdresser and I started working for her and I became a very world renowned. Celebrity manicurist [00:04:00] traveled the world with not only celebrities, but the top photographers, videographers, models, amazing teams, lead fashion shows for the top designers.

[00:04:11] Tracy Lee Percival: And it was a truly amazing career with that. It brought me into the, the eyes of brands. So I became a brand. And I would consult with a lot of beauty brands and in New York. And that was probably the last 10 years of my career was primarily consulting business, consulting product, consulting trend, forecasting, that kind of thing with some of the most largest brands, beauty brands in the world and the pandemic hit.

[00:04:40] Tracy Lee Percival: Everything shut down. And so I was just chilling at home. on my couch doing nothing, waiting for something to happen. How many Ur did you

[00:04:50] Ryan: yourself? ? This kid, like city

[00:04:54] Tracy Lee Percival: home. So anyway, a friend of mine, an old friend of mine, got this position as CEO of an [00:05:00] entertainment company and he originally brought me in for brand partnerships because that's something that I did, um, a lot of in the beauty industry.

[00:05:08] Tracy Lee Percival: And he was looking to build this startup. And after about two weeks, he asked me to be his chief operating officer. And so of course I jumped on it cause I wasn't doing anything at the time and I found it really interesting. And I knew building business was something that was easy for me just because I had been doing it for so long.

[00:05:24] Tracy Lee Percival: And so. I jumped at it and it was great. And I did that for about two and a half years until it wasn't so great. And I resigned last year and decided to dive heavy into not only business coaching, but the energy healing practices that I now do today.

[00:05:44] Ryan: That's awesome. Hey, a lot to unpack there. I could go, I run a, the number one marketing podcast in the U S my, my ears lit up a bit on the branding side, especially in the beauty side, having did a little bit with L'Oreal back in the day.

[00:05:58] Ryan: Uh, and [00:06:00] so I know that was. That's quite a, a switch over from brand consulting and data and all these things. And not that there's not data and healing, but it just seems a little going from the sciences to the arts in a way it's like, where am I head wet? Must be really well rounded mentally to be able to cross all those paths.

[00:06:21] Tracy Lee Percival: It took a lot. It was a process. It didn't happen overnight. Like all of a sudden I was who I am today. I've been doing energy healing for a decade, but never did it as a business per se. I started doing, I knew that I was connected to energy from a very young age. Just even in my salon alone, the minute I would touch somebody's hands, they would be like, Oh my God, like my whole week disappeared.

[00:06:45] Tracy Lee Percival: Or the minute you grab my hand to start working on me. Like I just feel instant. Relaxation. And so. I've been aware of energy and how to use it. But back then there was no internet, [00:07:00] there was no way to figure out what was going on with me. Nobody openly talked about it. So I really had no clue what it was.

[00:07:07] Tracy Lee Percival: And it wasn't until I was at the Ludlow house in New York city, meeting a friend for cocktails, and she was there with a friend of hers and I hugged her. And I felt like a metal rod was going through the middle of my chest and I jumped back and I was like, Whoa, what the hell was that? And this girl said, what did you feel?

[00:07:24] Tracy Lee Percival: And so I told her and she grabs my hand real tight and she's eyes are closed and she's just staring at my hand and I'm looking at my friend is going on. And so she looks up at me and she goes. You're a healer. And I was like, okay. And she goes, no, you've been a healer for many lifetimes. Do you do Reiki?

[00:07:43] Tracy Lee Percival: And I said, no, she said, your gifts are beyond Reiki, but you have to start there. And at that moment, my entire life made sense. All the energy and the feelings and the intuition empath being able to see things [00:08:00] in my mind's eye before it happens so many things that just flashed at that very moment. I was like, holy shit, this.

[00:08:07] Tracy Lee Percival: And of course, now I want to pick her brain. Who are you? And she was a shaman. And the reason I felt that metal rod felt like a metal rod was our heart. She says it was our heart chakras bouncing off of each other. And why I felt that I'd never felt anything like that in my life at that time. And I've never felt anything since then, but that just to me proved how energy, how powerful energy really is.

[00:08:31] Ryan: Do you feel energy? I'm going to make it personal. The, uh, do you sense energy like with us digitally? in person?

[00:08:41] Tracy Lee Percival: No, it's digitally. It's even not digitally. I can feel it if I think about somebody or most of the time it's an intuitive hit. It comes to me first. So they'll pop someone will pop into my head and then all of a sudden I'll see them or They'll pop up in my email or [00:09:00] they'll call me or something like that.

[00:09:02] Tracy Lee Percival: That's all energy. So for all the time, doesn't believe it. You've all experienced that.

[00:09:07] Chris: So I want to, so everything you said, I'm totally on board with, like, to me, I'm like, totally get it felt those in it. Not maybe quite that strong again. I'd said this before we recorded. There's a lot of things now. I believe that four or five years ago, I would have been like, dude, you're fucking crazy.

[00:09:26] Chris: Like. All this fairytale mumbo jumbo, but, and I'm saying this for the audience of, because what you said is powerful, but when I, and then when I think of the most simple example of when you think of someone, Oh, I'm going to call my friend and then they call you. That afternoon or someone you maybe haven't talked to in three, four weeks where you're like, what the fuck?

[00:09:48] Chris: And it's almost, and I had a conversation even this weekend with when you first get in relationship with someone that you're vibing with, you might like them. All the old people, the exes, everyone [00:10:00] comes out of the woodwork all of a sudden, where that to me is like, there's energy happening behind the scenes that we all experience, but we might not have the self awareness or consciousness to identify it as that.

[00:10:14] Chris: We chalk it up to coincidence or, right, exactly. That's why I think if everyone could zoom out and look at those, because I've used that example with many people, even it happened to me three, four days ago, I called a buddy and he goes, man, your ears must be burning. I was just thinking about shoots.

[00:10:34] Chris: That's the most basic example of. On the quantum level, right? That it's all tied. It seems invisible, but it's all there.

[00:10:47] Tracy Lee Percival: Exactly. And that's exactly how Reiki. Healing works is, can you explain your energy is

[00:10:53] Chris: the most simple version of this? Well, it's

[00:10:56] Tracy Lee Percival: the most simple version of reiki is channeling [00:11:00] life force energy.

[00:11:00] Tracy Lee Percival: So everything around us is life force energy. It's what throat flows through the meridians of our body. So we have meridians through our body, so picture blood vessels, for an example, our blood flows to the blood, excuse me, the blood vessels to keep us alive. The meridians. carry energy through our body and it's through our chakra system.

[00:11:22] Tracy Lee Percival: It's through, if you look at a picture of the meridian system within our body, it's pretty, I think I've

[00:11:27] Chris: seen this in acupuncture or Chinese medicine. Is that common?

[00:11:33] Tracy Lee Percival: through the meridian system and everything that I work through flows meridian system as well. But Reiki is basically channeling this life force energy and then transferring that to a recipient.

[00:11:46] Tracy Lee Percival: But Reiki energy has it knows no space or time. Because just like you can think of somebody and you're calling them, that's an energy connection that you have with that very person. And so Reiki works in [00:12:00] the same exact way. That person could have been in Dubai. And still felt that same pull to call you or to talk about you or vice versa, whatever that is, Reiki works in the same exact way.

[00:12:12] Tracy Lee Percival: So when I am doing like long distance healing sessions, I actually visualize. If I don't know the person, I like to do a Zoom face to face, so at least I can get a visualization of what they look like, what their space looks like. But it's basically a visualization and I picture myself, I say their name, where they are, what location they are.

[00:12:32] Tracy Lee Percival: And that is how I connect with them through time and space. That was just

[00:12:40] Ryan: like, it is bad ass. I'm like, you're going, I tried to wrap my head around these things and it's sometimes better than I don't, but it, but I still try to very curious, like it gets me in this space of, we have free will as humans, [00:13:00] right?

[00:13:00] Ryan: And there are guiding powers in certain things that I think no matter who you are, you believe in something, you believe in nothing. That means you believe in something, right? But it gets me wondering if there are people that are guiding energy and pushing things. On to you, around you or things outside of your control, so to speak, are we truly living with free will because can we, are we fighting off if I'm sitting here thinking about someone that I was going to call and I'm in man, I almost, you know, we were joking a little bit before the show, like this manifestation thing, but am I impacting someone else's free will?

[00:13:43] Ryan: By the powers of those things?

[00:13:46] Tracy Lee Percival: I don't think so because they have the option. Just because they might be like, wow, I'm thinking about Ryan today. They have the option of whether or not to reach out to you. Yeah, that's a great question. I mean, you mean the free will of receiving the thought? Yeah, it's,

[00:13:59] Ryan: I know that [00:14:00] they, that I, that no one can take that away from someone as much as is it That's interesting.

[00:14:05] Ryan: Is it as directed or is it as undirected as we like to convince ourselves? Or is there a narrator at play? I'm getting deep here, but that's just where you guys were just talking. It got me thinking down

[00:14:21] Chris: that path. Cause I had people say, Oh, I manifested you into my life. Like that where it's, did I meet this person on my own accord?

[00:14:29] Chris: Or did this person energetically draw me in? Right?

[00:14:35] Ryan: Yeah,

[00:14:36] Tracy Lee Percival: there's a theory of that. We're all one as well.

[00:14:39] Chris: This is true. It's very true. I was reading about that this morning. Actually,

[00:14:45] Tracy Lee Percival: That could be part of this conversation. If we are all as one as spiritual beings, living our own experiences that we can control.

[00:14:56] Ryan: When I hear the words integrative therapist, [00:15:00] um, you may be for me, may for other certain things come to mind, but let's get in the nitty gritty Tracy of what that means. And what do you do? In therapy with people utilizing all these gifts.

[00:15:17] Tracy Lee Percival: So an integrative therapist is basically someone that uses integrative healing modalities as a career.

[00:15:27] Tracy Lee Percival: And so I choose, there's, I don't know how many modalities there are in the wellness. community. But for me, everything that I do is related to energy. So that is Reiki healing, sound healing. I do sound baths. I work with tuning forks. I also do breath work, transformational breath work. If you've never tried that, it's very powerful.

[00:15:52] Tracy Lee Percival: EFT tapping. Uh, aromatherapy crystal therapy. And within those I also [00:16:00] include neurolinguistic programming, hypnotherapy mindfulness in meditation, which is pretty powerful because what I found is when I left that, that C-suite career and. I knew I wanted to be a business coach at some, I was consulting before for brands and companies.

[00:16:18] Tracy Lee Percival: I was like, I just want to work on the individuals. So I was like, I knew I wanted to be a business coach. How do you start a business grow, whatever. But I was also drawn to these healing modalities and I couldn't quite figure out. How to make the two work right until I started diving more into the modalities and I realized that everything that I am doing and facilitating and hosting releases negative and stagnant emotions releases trauma.

[00:16:49] Tracy Lee Percival: From the body releases. And then when you pair all that, because all of these things put you in a, into a trance, like meditative state. So when you're in that trance, [00:17:00] like meditative state, your subconscious mind is very permeable to suggestion. And that is when the neuro linguistic programming in the hypnotherapy and the meditations come in, because.

[00:17:12] Tracy Lee Percival: Once we remove trauma, stagnant, negative emotions and anything that does not serve our highest good from the body, then we're able to go in and reprogram that subconscious mind to where you're letting all the shit go that's holding you back. And that's where I figured out, aha, this is how I'm going to incorporate this with my business coaching clients.

[00:17:36] Tracy Lee Percival: And because it just. make success at hyper speed because they're able to release everything that's holding them back from creating that business, expanding that business, whatever it is, they're releasing all that. And now I'm coaching once we release it, now I'm coaching them. All right, here's the strategy to do it, to get there.

[00:17:55] Tracy Lee Percival: And so it's for me now, I find it's like the perfect balance because I have business [00:18:00] coaching. I have the healing modalities. I work on them together, but also separately to separate businesses.

[00:18:06] Ryan: It's awesome. Fascinating. I know you worked with, you've worked with high profile celebrities, you've worked, you work with athletes like you mentioned with your son being a college athlete.

[00:18:18] Ryan: What are like, maybe some common themes? I know every person's different. I'm sure what comes out of someone or what's holding them back could be different by individual, but are there common themes or common things that, that you see a lot of the people struggle with that you end up helping with? Self worth.

[00:18:41] Tracy Lee Percival: Hmm. So for their self, what they believe about themselves, I would say 99. 9 percent of everyone I work with, including celebrities have a self worth issue.

[00:18:55] Ryan: They don't value themselves enough.

[00:18:59] Tracy Lee Percival: They're not feeling [00:19:00] worthy of success. They're not feeling worthy of their next level. They're not feeling worthy 95 that's nice and safe and creating their own online business.

[00:19:09] Tracy Lee Percival: Who am I to be successful? Who am I? Wealthy, you know, especially because we're all products of our environment of our childhood and childhood experiences and most of who we are as human beings has been developed from our very own parents or caregivers, whoever that may be, and because those beliefs are trans Transferred to us.

[00:19:29] Tracy Lee Percival: They are parents share their beliefs with us and we take on those beliefs not knowing whether it's right for us or not right for us. Sometimes it's a grandparent. Sometimes it's a teacher at school. Sometimes it's a kid that bullied you in school that you may not even remember now, but it happened when you were 8 years old and you know what it's still affecting.

[00:19:49] Tracy Lee Percival: Your self worth today because that person made you feel like shit and made you feel like this big Firing that for 40 years. I've

[00:19:57] Chris: heard a lot of liberties Like [00:20:00] looking back now that you say that always be like This is because my eighth grade teacher said I wouldn't be anything Exactly, and it's wild to think because I heard another alex hormozy talking about Traits and successful people.

[00:20:15] Chris: And one of them I think was low self worth where you feel like you have to overcompensate on the external to validate these old belief patterns we've had as children or

[00:20:25] Tracy Lee Percival: whatever. So true. And celebrities are, most of them are pretty insecure people. Yeah. Have to type in the spotlight all the time, every red carpet, they get nervous.

[00:20:38] Tracy Lee Percival: And what I do my, when I'm working with them, a lot of the times is stress and anxiety release. It's not something that I would walk into a situation and be like, you're struggling with your self worth. I know how to mitigate that in a nice gentle way without actually having to call him out on it because people get [00:21:00] defensive all

[00:21:03] Ryan: of a sudden. When you're working with someone, and I know. I love to, for the audience to like, to get hyper specific, like for what someone can expect, walk me through like a session, like from the high points of beginning to end. And do you, and having so many tools in your tool belt, is it, do you go in knowing which one you're using?

[00:21:25] Ryan: I'm, I'm hiring you for breath work or I'm hiring you for E key or are you pulling out the tools depending on what the person needs?

[00:21:35] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah, pretty much when, if I'm doing a one on one session, that's exactly what it is. I discuss with them what they're feeling, what they want to work on. And that's how I decide what modality I'm going to use with them.

[00:21:48] Tracy Lee Percival: And one on one sessions also they're custom curated. So they have a very custom meditation or hypnotherapy or whatever it might be. It's very curated to them and their specific needs. But I [00:22:00] also host group events here in New Jersey and Those are amazing. And those are usually a general theme for the event.

[00:22:08] Tracy Lee Percival: So it might be about self love or letting go, forgiveness, detachment, manifestation. I know you don't believe in it, but it works.

[00:22:20] Tracy Lee Percival: Well, we can't test every day, every minute of our life, but you can consciously manifest as well, which is a completely different story. Yeah, but yeah, it's curated and the events are usually theme based. So people come if they're look, if they're holding onto something or if they want forgiveness, they might come to a sound bath based on forgiveness.

[00:22:40] Tracy Lee Percival: Breath work is all about for me, trauma release, just letting go. We store trauma in the cells of our body. The breath work that I do, it, I can't, one session transforms people. Of course you need more because we're human beings, but. One session is very transformational. It takes [00:23:00] people to another place.

[00:23:01] Tracy Lee Percival: People are either laughing, screaming, crying. They might astral project. They might levitate. Um, they might leave their body and travel around the room. It's the Cree wildest modality for

[00:23:15] Ryan: sure. Is there any, all right, let's go down that path. Is there any at home tips for on the breath work? Cause I find breath work fascinating and I.

[00:23:23] Ryan: That's one of the things I feel when I've done it, like I, I don't know that I've been traveling around the room, but like you feel it when you do it and

[00:23:31] Tracy Lee Percival: it's a very specific modality though of breath work that does

[00:23:34] Ryan: that. Is there anything you can tell our audience like, all right, here's a few types of breathing techniques or things that are, can we give any insider Tracy Lee Percival secrets here today on the podcast?

[00:23:50] Tracy Lee Percival: Real secrets as far as breathing, box breathing, easiest and fastest way to just let it go and to just bring yourself down [00:24:00] to a calm state or to start your day or to get your mind right. Box breathing,

[00:24:06] Ryan: F O X. Oh, yeah. Box breathing. Yes. Yeah. Tracy. Specific. What is box breathing?

[00:24:13] Tracy Lee Percival: Box breathing is breathing in for a certain number of seconds, holding it for a certain number of seconds, letting it go for a certain number of seconds and then holding it for a certain number of seconds.

[00:24:24] Tracy Lee Percival: So you breathe it in. It's just. And then you do it again and you do like cycles of

[00:24:29] Chris: I do five seconds in a hold for seven.

[00:24:33] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah, you could do that. I don't know,

[00:24:34] Ryan: like the right counts, but I,

[00:24:37] Tracy Lee Percival: it definitely,

[00:24:39] Chris: I do that in the sauna mostly. And it definitely.

[00:24:45] Ryan: I can definitely tell Chris, when you've held it in longer than you should have, you just let it out, you get a little spacey.

[00:24:51] Chris: You know, dude, I get a little lightheaded. That's not a bad thing. That has happened to me too, where I have to brace myself against the

[00:24:59] Ryan: [00:25:00] wall sometimes. I'll let you take an A personally, but

[00:25:05] Chris: you just trust. I'm being held, nothing bad's going to happen. No, I have done one intense breathwork session, like with a group that was completely different.

[00:25:21] Chris: That was my hands were clenching up my forearms. I just felt, yeah, I definitely felt in a different. Dimension, you could say in that theta state a little bit, but I felt so good afterwards. And now even though I was talking about it, I'm even more because we had another breathwork specialist on what run two weeks ago and everyone is raves about it.

[00:25:47] Chris: So I'm like, all right, I need to lean in a little bit more on this.

[00:25:51] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah, it's deep. That kind of breath work that you've done is very deep. I don't know where you had it done, but everything that I've done [00:26:00] has changed my life, like within the first or second doing it. And after doing the first time I did breath work, this kind of breath work was during the pandemic and my friend had learned this modality and she was training.

[00:26:14] Tracy Lee Percival: So I was like, I'll do it. So we did it. I was like. Holy, what was that? I couldn't believe it. You know what I experienced and I had been doing all kinds of stuff prior to that, but never experienced that. And so the second time I did, it was with her teacher in a group setting virtually. Cause again, it was, we were in lockdown and doing it through him.

[00:26:37] Tracy Lee Percival: I was like, same thing. I was blown away. I was like, wow, I have to teach this. I have to share this with the world. This is amazing how you feel afterwards, really amazing and just letting it go. You have to understand what breath work we don't breathe properly. I don't know if you went through this with your.

[00:26:56] Tracy Lee Percival: Previous interviewer. The whole reason why breath work works is [00:27:00] because we're being taught to breathe through our diaphragm up through our lungs to cleanse our body. And if we're not doing that, we're only breathing through our lungs and because we're always in fight or flight. So we're not breathing properly.

[00:27:11] Tracy Lee Percival: Look at a baby. They breathe through their belly. If you look at a dog, they breathe through their belly. They're not breathing through their chest.

[00:27:20] Chris: I'm breathing deeply as you're saying this right now. It's reminding me to breathe honestly.

[00:27:26] Tracy Lee Percival: Our immune system rests there. Our serotonin rests there. So when you breathe through the belly out through the lungs, it's very cleansing, very healing.

[00:27:36] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah. And we hold a trauma in our cells of our body, but we also Hold it inside of our gut. I need a

[00:27:43] Ryan: breath work session with Tracy Lee. I think that's what I'm. Yes, let's do it. I am like sitting here. I've it's been so long, several years, like trying to remember how to breathe through my stomach. That's how foreign it is.

[00:27:58] Ryan: And it shouldn't be. [00:28:00]

[00:28:00] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah, and that's all induced from kids. Something happened to us that made us like all of a sudden just start breathing and feeling the need to breathe through our chest.

[00:28:07] Chris: I noticed it in the car in traffic all the time. I realized how much I'm holding my breath like in rush hour and I'm like, dude, breathe like,

[00:28:19] Tracy Lee Percival: yeah.

[00:28:20] Tracy Lee Percival: Let it go. get, yeah. Get

[00:28:22] Chris: outta this. And, but everything in our society is grabbing our, our attention and it keeps us in that fight or flight even. Exactly. Yep. Waking up when checking your cell phone first thing, it's like immediately throwing you into that.

[00:28:38] Ryan: Yeah.

[00:28:38] Chris: Rushed. Yeah. Yeah. State the energy

[00:28:42] Ryan: is Exactly.

[00:28:45] Ryan: Do you like working with celebrities?

[00:28:51] Ryan: Like you said, there's, I do probably certain types if it's, uh, time maintenance, ,

[00:28:57] Tracy Lee Percival: the people that I work with. I've been working with a [00:29:00] long time, so I like you asked me when I was in my beauty world working. It was a necessary evil. Yeah. And I that because they're not all nice and they're not all respectful and they don't treat you kindly.

[00:29:17] Tracy Lee Percival: And there's been plenty that I have been like. I'm not working with them ever again. do.

[00:29:23] Ryan: Do you care to name any names here on the Vacate podcast? I'm No,

[00:29:28] Tracy Lee Percival: I'm just kidding. No. Maybe privately. Oh, what? Talk about,

[00:29:32] Ryan: there's plenty. There's like, what are like the, you've worked with so many people I'm sure, but like any like just killer stories.

[00:29:42] Ryan: Not even naming names or just like. The, they went from A to Z on, on something just transformational that really, yeah.

[00:29:55] Tracy Lee Percival: Are you referring to celebrities?

[00:29:57] Ryan: Just in general, anyone.

[00:29:59] Tracy Lee Percival: Oh, [00:30:00] yeah. I've had people find the love of their life. I found, I've had people that have doubled their income, like quickly, like in a matter of like months.

[00:30:12] Tracy Lee Percival: Get these crazy opportunities, like job opportunities or media opportunities. It's all about everything that we do in this modality and healing is. It's all set with intention. So, you know, especially because I do a lot of subconscious mind work, that intention setting is really important because it's really, what's going to tell your subconscious mind, what you want from this session or in life or in your future self.

[00:30:44] Tracy Lee Percival: I've had crazy things, like in 24 hours, people are like, Oh my God, like I just got an insurance check for five grand and I was just like, I like think about increasing my income and then 24 hours later, they're like, Oh, by the way. [00:31:00] Here's your insurance refund or whatever. There's a lot of crazy stories.

[00:31:05] Tracy Lee Percival: The thing I do is I feel like it's not usually a one hit wonder. It takes time. It's a practice and it's not something like you can't do breath work once and be like, I'm good. You can't do Reiki once and be like, I'm good. If you continue as a practice, you're going to just evolve as a human being in general, but I feel like once you do that and you.

[00:31:27] Tracy Lee Percival: Bring your body into that natural state, you're going to be healthier because now your body's not fighting disease and illness and things like that. I'm working with someone who is a cancer patient right now. And when you see a cancer patient and their numbers go up after they started working for you, I can't even tell you.

[00:31:46] Tracy Lee Percival: And not that I'm taking credit for her healing. She's healing. I'm just guiding the body and, and her energy within the body to bring it to balance so that her [00:32:00] body can do the healing as it should to do. I

[00:32:03] Ryan: know gratitude's a big thing for you. How do you work that in? You know, you read a lot about that being a big part of your healing and how you talk with people.

[00:32:14] Ryan: Is that just something you work in, like into your sessions with people?

[00:32:20] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah. Every session closes in gratitude,

[00:32:24] Ryan: calling out the things you're thankful for.

[00:32:27] Tracy Lee Percival: Yeah. Raises your vibration. Yep. So immediately, no matter what state you're in, it raises your vibration in that gratitude because now, like I said, when your subconscious mind, your cells are in balance, your heart, your chakra system, your energy centers, all aligned, your heart is wide open at this point, sharing a moment or a

[00:32:51] Chris: perspective of your whole, whole, your whole reality has changed.

[00:32:57] Tracy Lee Percival: Exactly. Yeah, for sure. [00:33:00]

[00:33:00] Ryan: I think we sometimes focus too much on the negative. We all do. Oh, what am I trying to fix? Yeah. Sometimes being thankful for everything that doesn't need fixing or may have already been fixed and you're living in a moment that you should be thankful for versus. Feeling sorry for yourself or whatever it might be.

[00:33:22] Tracy Lee Percival: Right. And you know, the funny thing with gratitude is when you make it a practice. So every day, before I even open up my eyes, I thank God for another day, God, higher power source, whatever you want to call it for another day in this world to be amazing and to impact it. And I don't even, like I say, before I even open up my eyes and then when I open up my eyes, I think of other things I'm grateful for.

[00:33:43] Tracy Lee Percival: I usually look out my window cause my window's right there. And I'll look at my window and just think of a couple of things I'm grateful for. But it immediately. Makes me smile. It makes me feel like, all right, today's going to be a fucking great day. Let's go.[00:34:00]

[00:34:00] Ryan: Last thing that I had tried to see, what do you think about dreams? Are you big? Is that part of any of your stuff? The meaning of dreams or anything? I know that's like, not your specialty. I

[00:34:09] Tracy Lee Percival: used to be into that when I was younger. He used to have a dreamers dictionary and try to decipher my dreams. My youngest son has dreams and for him, the dreams happen.

[00:34:20] Tracy Lee Percival: They come to life, so that's pretty powerful. The dreams. I don't know if you guys are a fan of Dr Joe Dispenza or the like, but dreams. They say that people who don't dream, they have calcification on their pineal gland, which is where we are able to connect. To source divine or higher power. And if you remember your dreams, people claim that we have out of body experiences and that our dreams are basically our subconscious mind, our connection to the higher power at work.

[00:34:53] Tracy Lee Percival: And so that's why. Before you go to sleep, you should not be watching murders on [00:35:00] TV or whatever, because your mind, your subconscious mind's going to start working to process whatever it is you're seeing right before you fall asleep. For me, I do listen to guided meditations. I have my own guided meditations as well that are on Spotify.

[00:35:16] Tracy Lee Percival: But guided meditations before sleep, I can't even tell you how transform transformational that is. I don't know if you guys have ever done it, but it's really amazing.

[00:35:26] Chris: I've started dabbling in it the last couple months actually. And I like it. Definitely.

[00:35:33] Ryan: I definitely watched like a violent TV show last night and I had some Very bad dreams.

[00:35:38] Ryan: Like last, I remember probably three fourths of my dreams. Like I'm very vivid dreamer and I'm pretty sure I dreamed that died last night, like the first dream of the night. And it was very real, but like literally, but I was watching like. Unintentionally, it's a very violent program before, and it didn't [00:36:00] keep me from going to sleep, but like my first dream of the night, like it was Dunzoville, it wasn't great.

[00:36:07] Tracy Lee Percival: The subconscious mind is pretty powerful. It's really our indentured servant. Some people in this field say is that it, whatever it wants to do what we want it to do, but our past programming from our childhood and past experiences dictate. dictate what our subconscious mind is doing for us every single day.

[00:36:27] Tracy Lee Percival: So when we can help to reprogram that, if you listen to guided meditations on something that was positive or something that you want it to call into your life, Instead of a scary movie, Ryan, you might have a completely different experience during sleep or even the next day or the next week because your subconscious mind is thinking about whatever you look at five minutes before sleep is what your subconscious mind is trying to figure out.

[00:36:56] Tracy Lee Percival: Like, all right, how do I make this happen? What was that? And it's starting [00:37:00] starts to work for you.

[00:37:02] Ryan: I'm going to watch Willy Wonka tonight before I go to sleep and try to drink. It's not like experiment. Like chocolate browns and like, I want to drink about like, yeah, I can eat off of trees.

[00:37:15] Tracy Lee Percival: That purple, that girl, that purple girl.

[00:37:16] Tracy Lee Percival: That's pretty traumatic. I don't know.

[00:37:18] Ryan: No, I'm going to watch just the part where, just the part where they go into the, the land that's where you can eat every, all the candy on the trees. Like the good part.

[00:37:29] Tracy Lee Percival: All right.

[00:37:30] Ryan: That's good. That sounds good. Calm me down. Who knows? Tracy working. If someone wants to work with you, keep up with everything you're doing, get ahold of you and all those sorts of things.
